Position Overview
The HR Assistant provides vital support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee records management: Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
- Payroll and benefits assistance: Support payroll processing, track attendance, and help employees with benefits queries.
- Compliance monitoring: Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.
- Training coordination: Organize employee training sessions and track participation.
- Employee relations: Provide support in resolving staff queries and maintaining workplace harmony.
- General administration: Prepare HR reports, draft correspondence, and assist with day-to-day HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and databases.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Team collaboration: Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Masters Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
