Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential leads in the IT sector. Generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. Maintain and update the lead generation database.

  2. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT solutions and services. Engage with prospects to understand their IT needs and requirements. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

  3. Pitching: Develop and deliver effective sales pitches tailored to the prospect's needs. Articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions clearly and persuasively. Handle objections and negotiate as necessary.

  4. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Provide feedback from potential clients to improve service offerings.

  5. Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.

  3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  8. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
