About the Role:

Immersive Infotech is looking for an experienced
Senior Business Development Executive
to drive international IT sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client acquisition, proposal creation, and closing deals across global markets using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other outbound and inbound channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands IT services, staff augmentation models, and can confidently engage with international clients to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels
  • Engage with international clients to understand business requirements and technical needs
  • Prepare compelling proposals, project workflows, timelines, and cost estimations
  • Drive revenue through staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and resource outsourcing models
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and manage CRM, ensuring a structured and updated sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with delivery teams during the initial project transition post deal-closure
  • Track targets, conversions, and sales performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT business development or international sales
  • Proven experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead-generation tools
  • Strong understanding of IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, SaaS, WordPress, MERN stack, and Cloud technologies
  • Ability to estimate project scope, cost, timelines, and delivery workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, client handling, and closing capabilities
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
