Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

As a Concierge at Kalki Fashion, you will be the first point of contact for every guest entering the store. Your calm, warm, and polished demeanor will set the tone for a premium shopping experience. You will ensure each client feels welcomed, well-assisted, and comfortably guided throughout their visit, creating a lasting impression in line with Kalki's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Greeting & Assistance

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, poise, and a soft-spoken tone.
  • Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department or stylist.
  • Maintain a calm, composed presence during busy store hours while ensuring every client feels attended to.

Client Experience

  • Offer refreshments and ensure clients are comfortable while they wait.
  • Coordinate client appointments, trials, and fittings with stylists or managers.
  • Provide information about ongoing collections, offers, and store facilities.

Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with the store team to ensure a smooth client flow and timely assistance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and communicate updates politely and clearly.
  • Maintain professionalism in speech, tone, and body language at all times.

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage appointment logs, client entries, and visitor records.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Assist in event coordination, walk-in management, and VIP guest handling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Retail, or Communication preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or front-desk role, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Soft-spoken, well-presented, and composed under pressure.
  • Strong sense of etiquette, grooming, and hospitality.
