  • • The AVP-BD position will be based in Noida; and will report to the Chief BD Officer; the key remit of this position will be to foster growth of the organization in terms of new business
  • • Will be responsible for garnering new logos with special focus on BFSI and new economy vertical / e-commerce / digital and technology enabled organizations / start-ups
  • • Applicant(s) should have a strong network in the above mentioned areas as there will be specific growth targets assigned to the position
  • • The applicant(s) should be ready to hit the ground running'; therefore having a reasonable pipeline with ~90 days closure is a major expectation
  • • Should be able to create an aggressive, comprehensive solicitation and BD strategy aimed at new prospects
  • • Will be required to monitor customer, market and competitor activity and create an outreach plan to tap prospects (including but not limited to cold calls) based on these findings
  • • Using networking, social media, research and other channels of establishing connections, be able to schedule and manage meetings with senior client personnel
  • • Pro-actively make efforts to get invitations for RFI's / RFP's / RFQ's and sole source opportunities
  • • Compile detailed solution documents by liaising with internal teams / stakeholders
  • • Create and / or redesign collateral, where required – based on the opportunity; conduct client presentations / solution presentations and get to the closure stage
  • • Engage in contractual discussion with client team
