Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Investment located in Noida. The Vice President of Investment will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, conducting due diligence, and developing investment strategies. Daily tasks include overseeing investment activities, advising on financial matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves regular client meetings to ensure transparency and satisfaction and to assure the best value appreciation for their properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Investment Management, Investments, and Finance
  • Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and developing Investment Strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
