About the Role

We are a recruitment & staffing services provider looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help generate leads, onboard clients, and support business growth through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

Connect with potential clients and explain recruitment and staffing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and key decision-makers.

Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain a structured communication pipeline.

Support in onboarding new clients and understanding their hiring requirements.

Maintain and update lead and interaction databases.

Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Work towards achieving weekly and monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English (Hindi not mandatory).

Confidence in cold calling and client communication.

Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, or recruitment (preferred).

Good email writing and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
