Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Marketing & Coordination Executive with strong communication, coordination, and marketing skills to support business growth and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Business Development
  • Plan and design marketing campaigns for WhatsApp, social media, and email promotions.
  • Identify and prospect new customers through outbound calls and online research.
  • Prepare presentations, quotations, and samples for clients.
  • Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal divisions for timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare MIS reports, maintain customer accounts, billing, and inventory.
  • Track and achieve assigned sales targets.

Office & Coordination Responsibilities

  • Provide office coordination and secretarial support.
  • Manage inter-department communication and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Conduct meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and maintain records.
  • Handle staff recruitment, candidate interviews, induction, and payroll coordination.
  • Support HR activities such as attendance, incentives, rewards, and recognition.
  • Prepare tour bills, credit/debit notes, and reports.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (Municipal, Labour Dept., DDA, FSSAI, DCD, Fire, Police, etc.) for regulatory compliance.
  • Manage logistics, export documentation, office administration, inventory, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Smart, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,338.62 per month
