Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will take end-to-end ownership of lead management, client acquisition, and relationship management, ensuring consistent sales growth and a strong brand presence in the B2B perfume space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management


• Identify, qualify, and manage incoming business leads through CRM systems, digital channels, exhibitions, and referrals.


• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

2. Client Reachout


• Proactively reach out to potential clients including distributors, retail chains, hospitality groups, and corporate buyers.


• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.


• Deliver compelling product pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

3. Client Management


• Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key B2B clients.


• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, orders, and account support.


• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual growth and profitability.

4. Reporting & Targets


• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
