Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

· Manage end-to-end hiring process for mid to senior-level positions across functions.

· Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce requirements.

· Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, agencies).

· Build a strong employer brand to attract top industry talent.

· Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.

· Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights to management.

· Lead and mentor the recruitment team.

Qualifications & Skills

· MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

· 10 – 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Agri/Seeds/FMCG/Manufacturing industries.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple mandates.

· Proven track record of hiring for niche and leadership roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
