Role Description
We are looking for an experienced full-time Digital Marketing Manager who is well-versed in the latest digital trends, understands the ever-changing Google algorithm, and has strong expertise in SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to enhance online visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibility

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Search, Social, Web).
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
  • Lead and optimize SEO, GEO (local SEO), and AEO (answer engine optimization) campaigns to maximize visibility across search engines, AI-driven platforms, and voice search.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and track ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Identify emerging trends in digital marketing and integrate innovative solutions to keep the brand ahead.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven SEO and local SEO expertise.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search (AEO), voice search optimization, and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.
