Marketing Field Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective clients (parties), identifying business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term customers.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in pharmaceuticals or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit doctors, chemists, distributors, hospitals, and other relevant parties when required.
  • Present company products and services in a professional manner.
  • Conversion of leads.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Submit daily/weekly visit reports and maintain CRM records accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, accounts) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
  • Experience dealing with pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to conduct product demos or presentations confidently.
  • Male candidates required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
