As an Offline Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing field-level marketing activities, promoting Skillwizz services, and ensuring our brand presence in targeted local areas. This is a field-based role that requires two-wheeler mobility for efficient coverage.Responsibilities

Distribute flyers, banners, and posters in targeted areas.

Visit residential complexes, markets, and business hubs for service promotion.

Build and maintain local relationships to increase brand awareness.

Assist in organizing small promotional activities and events.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.

Ensure consistent visibility of Skillwizz branding across offline channels.

Requirements

Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience in sales/marketing preferred).

Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Strong communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English).

Energetic, outgoing personality with a proactive attitude.

Knowledge of Kolkata's local areas/market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Plan and execute campaigns and events
• Create online and offline marketing content
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of marketing experience
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
