Field Executive Manager

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Field Executive Manager to lead our Below-The-Line (BTL) activities and manage our field team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all BTL activities, recruiting sales interns, conducting brand visits with a dedicated team for training, and leading the field staff.

Key Responsibilities :
1.
BTL Activities:
Handle all BTL activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional events, product demonstrations, and other marketing initiatives.

2.
Recruitment
: Recruit sales interns as needed to support BTL activities and ensure adequate manpower for events and promotions.

3.
Brand Visits:
Conduct brand visits with a dedicated team for training and ensure that all team members understand the brand's values, products, and services.

4.
Team Leadership
: Lead and manage the field staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that all team members meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience in managing BTL activities and field teams

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor events and promotions

  • Experience in recruiting and training sales teams

  • Strong knowledge of brand management and marketing principles
