Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Kolkata. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include visiting potential clients, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
