Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting & onboarding Kirana store owners to the Pehchaan App.
Your primary role is to visit shops, explain the app features, assist in installation, and ensure continued engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit Kirana stores in your assigned area daily.
Explain the benefits of the Pehchaan App and encourage downloads.
Assist shop owners in installing and using the app.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure regular usage.
Maintain basic reporting of visits and installations.
Share customer feedback with the team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Incentives/Perks: up to ₹7,000 per month (performance-based)
Work Hours: 8 hours/day
Work Days: 6 days/week
Company training and on-field support provided.
