Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting KEPRO's product offerings, and developing strong, long-term customer relationships. Key tasks include managing sales forecasts, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. Additionally, the role requires generating reports on market trends and customer feedback to support company growth objectives.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research, sales techniques, and client relationship management
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage pipelines efficiently
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and material handling solutions is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or industrial sector sales is highly beneficial
