Looking for a field executive for Real estate company.

Requirements:

  • Calling prospective clients.
  • Assisting clients in site visits.
  • Maintain all records of customer interaction, booking through our CRM application.
  • Strong Follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
  • Strong salesmanship and persuasion abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset and tactfulness
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Sound computer proficiency
  • Must know how to use a two wheeler (Scootie/MotorBike)
  • Salary 8000 to 15000, plus incentives.
  • Working Hours 10am to 7pm.

Experience: Fresher/ Credit card sales/ Insurance Sales/ general sales.

Role: The primary responsibilities include on-field property sales marketing, involving contacting potential clients, following up on leads and existing clients, accompanying clients on property visits, and providing them with detailed information and options from our property inventory.
