Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Biker) to drive lead generation, client consultations, and contract closures for our landscaping and gardening business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and professional networking.
  • Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and prepare customized proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping and gardening services, pricing, and customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Requirements

  • Two-wheeler (mandatory) and willingness to travel regularly.
  • 3–4 years of field sales or marketing experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
