Field Sales Executive (Commission Based)

Growth Dots is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives who can connect with local businesses and help them grow through digital marketing solutions (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Website Development etc.).

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys sales, and wants to earn unlimited commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit local businesses (shops, SMEs, startups) and explain our digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads and close sales for services like Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Design, SEO, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly minimum sales target
  • 100% field role with flexibility

Pay: ₹1, ₹25,000.00 per month
