Key Responsibilities:A day in the life of an InfoscionSupport the Service Products across several technical domains with full spectrum of Production Support responsibilitiesUphold high standards for timely issue resolutionEnsure workflows processes tooling and applications are of the highest quality standardContribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and servicesDefine workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvementsMaintain a knowledge databaseFlexible to work in APAC EMEA hoursTechnical Requirements:ideally 4 6 years of hands on experience in IT support role within Financial services industryproficient with software development tools such as Unix Shell Scripting Oracle Sybase MSSQL Autosys Informatica Splunk AppDynamics Javagood Knowledge of ITIL processes knowledge of Cloud Technologies Azure RESTful APIs Microservices Compliance and Legal IT systems is an added advantageability to solve complex issues good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinkingtrack record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partnersconfident communicator that can explain technology to non technical audiencescapable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and servicescontribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and servicesdefine workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvementsmaintain a knowledge databaseflexible to work in APAC EMEA hoursAdditional Responsibilities:Knowledge of more than one technologyBasics of Architecture and Design fundamentalsKnowledge of Testing toolsKnowledge of agile methodologiesUnderstanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projectsUnderstanding of one or more Estimation methodologies Knowledge of Quality processesBasics of business domain to understand the business requirementsAnalytical abilities Strong Technical Skills Good communication skillsGood understanding of the technology and domainAbility to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles SOLID design principles and modelling methodsAwareness of latest technologies and trendsExcellent problem solving analytical and debugging skillsPreferred Skills:Technology->Application Support - Middleware->Application Support - Middleware,Technology->Application Security->Application Security - ALL,Foundational->Maintenance and Production Support process->PLM Production Support process
