Network monitoring:Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them Troubleshooting skills:Ability to analyze network traffic, diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper ITIL Process working experience of Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy.Preferred Skills:Domain->Network->Data networking IP multicastDomain->Network->Data networking network managementDomain->Network->Network Security ApplicationsDomain->Network->Network Security Protocols & StandardsDomain->Networking->Network diagrams
