Key Responsibilities:Ideally the candidate should be Graduate with atleast 5-6 years of experience as System & Network Admin.Manage SSPU IT Network Infrastructure which includes (but not limited to) Network Devices (such as L2/L3 Switches, Firewall, Wi-Fi Controller and Wi-Fi devices), CCTV, PA systems, EPABX system, Internet Leased Lines, etc. Network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting and resolving network problems; escalating problems to vendor in case required. Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. Manage Servers such as Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, O365, Anti-Virus, DLP etc.Maintain Inventory of all IT related assets.Installation & Maintenance of Linux & Windows Servers.User's incident ticket handling. Assist Software Team for any application or hardware related support.Support for Virtual Classroom, Video Conferencing, Meetings, Events, etc. Backup of Servers and Network DevicesResolving any technical issues pertaining to Networking Team.Restoring SQL Databases.Assist in maintaining User Machines and Computer Labs as and when required. Vendor co-ordination. Co-coordinating with Team members to resolve any technical issues. Any additional responsibilities given by Management.
