Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, achieving monthly targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling walk-in customers, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
  • Present and explain product features, pricing, finance options, and offers.
  • Conduct test drives by coordinating with customers.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and visits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with the documentation team for loan, registration, and delivery processes.
  • Maintain daily customer records, follow-up sheets, and sales reports.
  • Ensure showroom display vehicles are clean and presentation-ready.
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Assist in promotional events, campaigns, and outdoor activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate.
  • Experience in two-wheeler or four-wheeler automobile sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and handle customer pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.
  • Pleasant personality, confidence, and customer-oriented behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
