Job description
- Follow up on the status of existing order
- Checking mails /whatsapp regarding sales incoming orders ,providing support or any query related to Lighting
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Taking follow up of enquires
- Making quotations ,offers for clients.
- Communicating/negotiating with the clients
- Making sale invoice and making 2-3 copies of the same
- Check the material according to the PO and transfer the internal challan to hazira warehouse.
- If the material is insufficient then order it from the company
- Submitting invoice copy to store team and intimating them to arrange material for the dispatch
- Making purchase order entry in software and submitting invoice to Monica

(bill inward)
- Follow up from dispatch department regarding product delivery to client(Pandit ji)
- Maintaining excel sheet regarding daily activity report
- Finding vendor for purchase of unavailable product
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Filling up proxy if someone is absent
- Reporting to the superior.
- And any other work given by top management.

**Education**

B.TECH ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING/DIPLOMA ELECTRICAL

**Experience**

2 TO 4 YEARS

**Skills**
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills

Employment Type

Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
