Role Overview:

Banerjee Inn Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Hotel Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and promotional activities for our hotels at Bhiringi and Ambuja, Durgapur. The candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase occupancy, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and packages.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and online travel platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to increase brand reach.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation through reviews and feedback.
  • Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and ROI analysis.
  • Work closely with the management team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle marketing operations for multiple properties.
  • Qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
