Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for Chetak Electric Scooters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns for Chetak Electric vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and conversions of walk-in and digital leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing and service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on performance and projections.
  • Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales (EV experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to handle team operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
