Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Durgapur. The Business Development Manager will engage in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. The role involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and providing reports on business performance and growth.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Expertise in Central and State Govt , Industry Sales . specificd Rail , MES and SAIL.
  • Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
