About the Role:

We are seeking multiple dynamic and results-oriented International Business Development Executives/Managers to join our growing team in Durgapur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or digital technology sectors. This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving business growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing service-based deals, particularly in areas related to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital engineering solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach, cold calls, and strategic networking

·    Conduct international cold calls and outreach to prospective clients to schedule meetings and introduce service offerings

·    Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure

·    Meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory

·    Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges

·    Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and pipeline information

·    Participate in sales meetings, internal planning, and strategy sessions

·    Collaborate closely with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

·    3 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B sales

·    Experience in service sales; exposure to international markets or construction/engineering industries is a strong advantage

·    Technical understanding or background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural domains will be preferred

·    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·    Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

·    Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms

·    Fast learner with an aptitude for grasping technical solutions
