Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Display Networks. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and result-oriented with a strong focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Create strategies for lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA and other performance metrics.
  • Write compelling ad copies & coordinate with designers for creatives.
  • Track, analyze, and prepare reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager.
  • A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages for better performance.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and tools in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of SEO, Funnels, Remarketing & Conversion Tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce campaigns (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Ads).
  • Knowledge of automation tools & CRM integration.
  • Creative mindset for ad copy & visual suggestions.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels & CRO (conversion rate optimization).
