Role Description

1- Visit assigned doctors regularly as per the approved daily work plan.

2- Promote appropriate Otsuka products to doctors based on their specialties.

3- Collect feedback on product performance and resolve complaints with Head Office support.

4- Meet chemists and stockists to ensure product availability and placement.

5- Manage orders, follow-ups, and resolve issues related to expiry, damages, and credit/debit notes.

6- Ensure every customer interaction is productive and results in tangible business outcomes.

7- Organise medical conferences, CME programs, and product awareness sessions for healthcare professionals.

8- Attend company meetings, technical presentations, and training sessions.

9- Keep the District Sales Manager informed about competitor activities and market developments.

10- Execute marketing and promotional strategies effectively in the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B,Sc, M.Sc., D.Pharma
