About the Role:

Sanket Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital initiatives at the client site in Sambalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, social media management, and digital advertising — with the ability to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients and internal branding.

Create engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Lead campaigns that enhance brand awareness and deliver measurable results.

Monitor performance analytics, track KPIs, and prepare insightful reports.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Collaborate with creative, PR, and account management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

5–8 years of proven experience in social media management.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing impactful digital campaigns.

Strong knowledge of social media analytics, paid promotions, and digital tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies for different audiences and occasions.

Educational Qualification: PG Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or PR & Advertising (mandatory).
