We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our online retail presence. The ideal candidate will manage multiple e-commerce accounts, optimize product listings, and develop strategies to increase sales, traffic, and customer engagement across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Messho and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and pricing updates.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to drive account growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and resolve account-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to management.
  • Implement strategies for customer engagement, feedback management, and reputation building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
