*Job Description:*

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Handling Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations in Sahibabad, Delhi. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, managing inventory, and driving operational efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage e-commerce operations, including order processing, packaging, and shipping

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

  • Oversee inventory management and optimize warehouse operations

  • Lead and motivate a team of handling staff

  • Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

*Requirements:*

  • More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a similar role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
