Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. As a Senior Operations Executive, you will manage daily operational activities, monitor workflows and processes, coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning, and address operational challenges effectively. Additionally, you will assess and improve operational efficiency, oversee the implementation of best practices, and contribute to strategic planning in collaboration with the management.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations and Operations Management for seamless task execution and process optimization
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies
  • Proficiency in decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in operational or managerial roles, preferably in a sports or education-related organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the cricket ecosystem is advantageous
