Operations Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our operations team. As a Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, coordinating with internal teams, and effectively communicating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects to completion within pre decided schedule.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues. Implement mitigation strategies as needed.
· Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Client Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
· Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients in a clear and timely manner.
· Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
Team Leadership and Management:
· Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
· Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
· Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to ensure project success.
Risk Management and Problem Solving:
· Resolve project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
· Escalate significant issues to senior management as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English Honours or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in operations or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
