About Spay Technologies

Spay Technologies is a leading fintech company specializing in DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), Bill Payments, POS Machines, CMS, and other innovative fintech solutions. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth functioning of our day-to-day business processes and ensure efficiency across various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you'll be vital in supporting the core functions of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Process Coordination: Assist in the daily operations across various departments, including scheduling, documentation, and managing correspondence. Ensuring processes related to fintech products (DMT, AEPS, Bill Payments, etc.) are executed efficiently and on time.

  2. Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain operational data, records, and reports. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all business information.

  3. Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for routine operational queries or issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary and tracking them until resolution.

  4. Documentation and Compliance: Help maintain organized operational documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  5. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the sales, support, and technology teams to ensure alignment of operational activities and to support company goals.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 01 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or support role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry. Fresh graduates with strong relevant skills will also be considered.

  2. Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and basic data management. Excel is must to know with all kinds of major vlookups & working formulas

  2. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  4. Good written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

  6. Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new processes and systems.
