Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily business activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, BD, HR, Accounts, etc.) for workflow management.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
- Communicate with clients for updates, approvals, and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- Support management in implementing SOPs and operational policies.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly status reports with management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
- MBA/PGDM (preferred, not mandatory)
