Hiring: Zonal Manager RCU (Risk Control Unit)

Namdev Finvest is looking for an experienced professional to lead fraud control and risk management operations across the zone. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, proactive risk mitigation abilities, and strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify early warning signals and enhance existing risk triggers
- Develop and update policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines based on gap assessments
- Manage end-to-end risk identification, remediation planning, and monitoring
- Set up centralized monitoring for sampling and hunter activities
- Monitor field investigation reports and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate emerging fraud risks
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement systemic improvements
- Build and present fraud trend MIS reports to senior management
- Train and sensitise field and branch staff on fraud detection and control measures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
