Zonal Trainer

The Zonal Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs within a designated geographical zone. They ensure that employees within their zone are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Training Program Development:

• Collaborate with the training department and management to identify training needs within the zone.
• Develop training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the zone, taking into account regional nuances and challenges.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions for employees within the zone, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate learning and skill development.
• Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Performance Evaluation:

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, evaluations, and performance metrics.
