Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Retail Business Development Manager to drive growth in the fashion sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple vendors, retail stores, and consumer sales, with a strong background in digital outreach and business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with multiple vendors and negotiate contracts
Oversee daily operations of retail stores, including inventory management and staff supervision
Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach new customers and promote products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management, vendor management, and consumer sales in the fashion sector with 3+ years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms like LinkedIn
Ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to drive business growth
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms is a plus
What We Offer:
