ORGANIZATION :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our client's IT Engineering team. You will lead and support efforts across their IT programme, including rebuilding their custom in-house IT platform using React, , and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to both client-side and server-side development across a wide range of projects.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with modern architectural standards while keeping business timelines and technical feasibility in mind.
  • Recommend and explore new technologies that enhance performance, usability, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, QA testers, and fellow developers to understand needs and translate them into effective features.
  • Explain technical ideas in an easy-to-understand manner to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Take part in knowledge-sharing sessions, code walkthroughs, and peer reviews.
  • Mentor and guide other developers while fostering a collaborative team culture—team success over ego.
  • Collaborate with global teammates across different time zones to ensure seamless and maintainable delivery.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using React, , and JavaScript.
  • Skilled in database design and performance tuning (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB).
  • Proven track record in Agile environments, including team collaboration or mentoring.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring and troubleshooting in production setups.
  • Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus tools like Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack, and serverless frameworks.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to boost productivity.
  • Good grasp of modern architectures — microservices, CI/CD, and containerized applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
