Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in end-to-end application delivery and a deep interest in building AI-powered systems at scale. This role is for engineers who have moved beyond task-based development and are ready to own systems, guide technical decisions, and lead AI-enabled solution delivery.

You will work closely with architects, product leaders, and cloud/AI teams to design, build, and evolve applications that integrate frontend experiences, backend services, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities—from concept through production and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop AI-enabled full stack applications
• Own backend services, APIs, and data layers supporting AI workflows
• Lead integration of AI services (LLMs, cognitive services, automation) into applications
• Make architectural decisions around scalability, performance, security, and cost
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, and improve overall system quality
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers; provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Drive solutions from POC to production, including monitoring and optimization

Core Technical Competencies (Must Have)

• Strong expertise in full stack software engineering
• Frontend:
• Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Deep experience with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Backend:
• Expert-level proficiency in Python / / .NET (at least one)
• Service-oriented and API-first architecture
• Databases & Data:
• Strong SQL design and performance tuning
• Experience with NoSQL and/or vector databases is a plus
• Engineering Practices:
• Git-based workflows, code reviews, branching strategies
• Testing, debugging, and production support

AI, Cloud & System Design Competencies

• Practical experience building AI-enabled applications, not just consuming models
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt design, context management, and AI limitations
• Experience integrating AI via APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)
• Understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, search, and retrieval patterns
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud-native deployment models
• Awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and compliance

Senior-Level Expectations

• Ownership of system design and long-term maintainability
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces
• Strong decision-making and trade-off analysis
• Mentorship and leadership through technical influence
