Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with an AI-first mindset who is eager to build AI-powered applications end to end. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to understand what it truly takes to design, build, deploy, and operate AI-enabled applications in real environments.

You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver applications that integrate frontend experiences, backend services, data layers, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end full stack applications, from UI to backend services and databases
• Build and integrate AI-driven features using external AI services and APIs
• Design and consume REST APIs to support application and AI workflows
• Handle data ingestion, validation, storage, and retrieval for AI use cases
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms with security best practices
• Collaborate on taking solutions from POC to production-ready systems
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability

Core Technical Skills (Required)

• Frontend:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Any modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Backend:
• Python / / .NET (any one)
• RESTful API development
• Databases:
• SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• NoSQL
• Version Control:
• Git (GitHub, GitLab)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

AI & Cloud Understanding (Key Focus Area)

• Basic understanding of AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)
• Understanding of prompts, context, inputs/outputs, and AI limitations
• Awareness of data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP – any one)
• Familiarity with CI/CD or containerization is an advantage
