Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer at Fintech company will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using and React. This role involves working across the entire stack, from back-end services to front-end interfaces, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. The ideal candidate will have

Key Responsibilities

  • Back-End Development:
  • Design and develop server-side applications and APIs using
  • Implement and manage database interactions, including creating and optimizing database schemas and queries.
  • Ensure server-side logic is robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Front-End Development:
  • Build and maintain responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
  • Develop reusable components and integrate them with back-end services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications and ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Full Stack Integration:
  • Manage the end-to-end development of features, including API integration and data handling.
  • Ensure seamless interaction between the front-end and back-end

components.

  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality standards are met.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best

practices.

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance application

performance, security, and maintainability.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
  • Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes,

and technical specifications.

  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on and React.

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in for server-side development.
  • Strong experience with React for building user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSL) and RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and

JavaScript.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Preferred ualifications:
  • Experience with TypeScript, GraphL, or serverless architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g.,

Docker).

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
