Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer at TruAD Co., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and robust web applications that drive our advertising technology platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.
Responsibilities:
  • Web Development: Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
  • API Design and Development: Create and maintain APIs to support web functionalities and third-party integrations.
  • Database Management: Work with relational and non-relational databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data efficiently.
  • Code Optimization: Optimize existing codebase for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation of our web applications.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed software.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in full stack development and Python.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of database design and management, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
