Senior Full-Stack Developer & Project Manager -

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and mature Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in and ReactJS, who can also independently manage and drive end-to-end project activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical architecture, leading development, coordinating with business teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of one of our key business applications.

This is a hands-on technical role with strong project management and stakeholder coordination responsibilities.

Technical Responsibilities :

●Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using , ReactJS, and related technologies.

●Architect backend services, APIs, microservices, and database structures.

●Ensure high-performance, secure, and reusable code following best practices.

●Conduct code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.

●Ensure proper version control, CI/CD pipeline usage, and code deployment processes. (GitLab/Jenkins).

●Expertise in Database management, especially with PostgreSQL but not limited.

Project Management Responsibilities :

●Act as technical + project manager for a business-critical application.

●Gather and understand business requirements; convert them into functional & technical specifications.

●Prepare project plans, effort estimation, sprint planning, and task allocation.

●Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, QA, infra/security teams, and external vendors.

●Track project progress, risk management, escalations, and end-to-end delivery.

●Ensure all development activities align with compliance, audit, and security standards.

●Prepare user guides, technical documentation, and release notes.

●Closely working with the multiple stack holders of internal and external vendors.

Qualification & Experience :

●Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or related field.

●Strong academic background preferred.

●8–10 years of experience in full-stack development.

●Minimum 3+ years handling technical and project management responsibilities.

●Experience in BFSI or enterprise-level application development is an added advantage.

●Strong exposure to secure coding, compliance, audit-oriented development, and production support.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills:

●Strong hands-on experience with , , and RESTful APIs.

●Proficiency in Angular or ReactJS (experience in both is an advantage).

●Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

●Experience in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

●Strong understanding of microservices, MVC architecture, asynchronous programming.

●Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), especially for hosting, logs, monitoring, and security.

●Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and basic DevOps practices.

Project Management Skills

●Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

●Excellent documentation skills BRD, SRS, technical design, and project plans.

●Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with clear communication.

●Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

●Ability to independently drive and own end-to-end project delivery.

●Strong documentation skills with complete end-to-end project delivery ownership and tracking.

Preferred Certifications :

Project Management:

●PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

Technical Certifications (any of the following):

●AWS Developer or Solution Architect

●Angular / ReactJS Professional Certification
