- Manage and maintain office documentation (electronic and hard copy).
- Assist in program planning, development, and administrative operations.
- Prepare reports, letters, proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle budgeting, expenditure tracking, and accounting records.
- Manage departmental calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and supplies.
- Operate and maintain office equipment; coordinate repairs when needed.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, inquiries, and reception duties.
- Manage filing systems, mail (incoming/outgoing), and inventory records.
- Process invoices, prepare gate passes, and maintain attendance or other records.
- Perform any other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21, ₹23,000.00 per month
