Job Description Position Title: Sales / Business Development Executive – Salon Management Software (Trakky) Company: Trakky Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office) | Pan-India travel as required About Trakky: Trakky is a leading technology-driven platform transforming the salon and wellness industry through powerful, easy-to-use salon management and appointment booking software. Our mission is to help salons, spas, and beauty studios automate their operations, engage customers effectively, and increase revenue through digital transformation. We are rapidly expanding across India and looking for energetic, experienced, and self-driven sales professionals who can onboard salon partners and help them succeed using Trakky's digital tools. Role Overview: The Sales / Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Trakky's salon management software to salons, spas, and wellness centers. This is a field-intensive B2B sales role requiring excellent communication, product demonstration, and client relationship skills. The candidate should be confident in meeting business owners, explaining software benefits, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential salon, spa, and beauty studio clients in Ahmedabad and other key cities. Conduct software demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs for salon owners and managers. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention. Achieve assigned sales targets through direct, consultative selling and strategic client engagement. Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and feedback to enhance product and sales strategies. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain daily records of visits, calls, and client interactions in CRM tools. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of field sales / business development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, software, hospitality, or service-based sectors. Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Technical Awareness: Ability to understand and clearly explain software products and digital tools. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to convert prospects into paying customers. Motivation: Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented individual with a passion for technology and growth. Travel: Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other states as required. Industry Network: Prior relationships with salon/spa owners or familiarity with the beauty industry will be a strong advantage.
