Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
International Business Development Executive
to expand our global footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic international partnerships, and driving revenue growth across global markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, cross-cultural understanding, and a deep interest in global market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis in target regions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans for global expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure market alignment.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural practices in different markets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
- Strong knowledge of global trade practices and cultural business etiquette.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
